The firm's leaders, educated at some of the best architecture programs in the country, are licensed architects with extensive experience in historic restoration of townhouses and other type of buildings in Brooklyn's Landmark historic districts.

Richard Goodstein AIA founded nC2 architecture in 2006 after a long and enlightening journey studying, working and traveling in many different cities and places. Born in Brooklyn and raised on Long Island, Richard earned his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in 1986 and his Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991


Perfect Renovation is the first true Design-Builder in Brownstone Brooklyn, specializing in renovations and restorations in Brooklyn's Landmarks neighborhoods.

Operating since 2002, PR is known for its dynamic team of local talented designers and builders, who have been working together on hundreds of townhouses and historic buildings, accumulating extensive 'know-how' and expertise for this type of projects.

Perfect Renovation received the BIG50 award by Remodeling Magazine in 2012, a national recognition for its leading role in the design-build industry.


Founded by Amber Mazor, Komaru Enterprises LLC is a Brooklyn-based boutique developer specializing in historic preservation and conversion of exceptional historic buildings into unique dwelling experiences.

Mr. Mazor has been the driving force to identify, plan and execute Komaru's projects, such as 1372 Dean St. and 1375 Dean St. Mr. Mazor is also a NYS attorney and a NYS licensed broker, which, combined with his construction expertise and passion for restoration, makes Komaru's projects among the most challenging and most remarkable in Brooklyn.
